ISLAMABAD: A former Capital Development Authority (CDA) top official who has achieved a pinnacle of publicly praised excellence has come back. Syed Mustafain Kazmi, a Grade-20 officer, took the charge as member administration on Thursday. The federal government had issued his appointment letter on Wednesday. In the past, too, he had been given the same top position (member administration), but he could not continue for long.

One of the major achievements attributed to Kazmi is the development of Saidpur Village into Saidpur Tourist Village on the lines of tourist villages in different part of the world.
