Expat woman to develop real estate business

LAHORE – Pakistan-born American businesswoman is aspiring to promote Pakistan-US business ties in the real estate wherein she sees an immense opportunities of mutual benefit to the people on both sides. 

Ruby Sabir, President SR Development and Vice President of the Company, Micheal Ryan, had a breakfast interaction with a selected gathering of the city journalists here Tuesday. Ruby has successfully completed a number of commercial projects in America and one of them is about $1 billion state-of-the-art she developed in Virginia. Rawalpindi born lady settled in the USA since 1992 said that she has motivated to expand the business to Pakistan partly out of love for the country and partly for the fact, a number of people want to invest here and many to America in real estate. Ruby shared her personal loss of six family members to poverty in Pakistan and for that reason, she also has a strong intention to built a state-of-the-art orphanage in Rawalpindi in memory of her late mother.
